The site is operated by Marton Gaspar, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom ("I", "me", "the operator").

You may read everything here, share links, and contact me. You may not scrape the site at scale, attempt to interfere with how it runs, or copy substantial content for republication without written permission.

The site is provided "as is." I make reasonable efforts to keep it up and accurate. I don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every link will always work.

All content on the site (text, images, logos, design system) is owned by me or used with permission. Quoting short passages with attribution is fine. Reproducing the design, copying the wordmark, or republishing content as your own is not.

Frameworks, methods, and concepts I write about may be referenced by you in your own work with attribution. You don't need permission to use the ideas; you do need permission to copy the words.

The site links to a few external resources (LinkedIn, Cal.com, podcasts I've been on, the AI Strategy Intensive at aiimpactsystem.com). I'm responsible for the content on this site, not on theirs.

Booking a free 30-minute discovery call via Cal.com is not a contract. It's a conversation. A coaching engagement begins only when we both sign a Coaching Agreement and the first invoice is paid.

Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation. I write about leadership and decision-making in general; I don't know your company, your team, or your context until we talk. You make the calls in your organisation. I take no liability for outcomes you produce based on general content read here.

For active coaching engagements, liability is governed by the separate Coaching Agreement and is capped at fees paid for the engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

I may update these terms. The current version always lives at this URL with the date at the top. Material changes that affect active clients are communicated by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
