Information layer, option layer, judgment layer. What changes when AI accelerates execution. The unique wedge nobody else's cohort teaches.

Week 4

Communicating the call

Stakeholder-rights mapping. Decide / Consult / Inform / Veto. The script that travels.

Week 5

Mistakes and the review cadence

The 5-archetype playbook. Your blind spot. The post-decision protocol that catches drift.

The personal Decision OS

The cornerstone deliverable. Your one-page operating system for high-stakes calls. Ships in week 6, used for years.

Format

  • Live 90-min cohort sessions, Tuesdays at 17:00 UK / 12:00 ET. Recorded.
  • Pods of 4-5 (peer-led, 30-min weekly). Mandatory. The pod is half the value.
  • One 30-min 1:1 with Marton, redeemable any week. The methodology applied to your real call.
  • Marton office hours, optional, weekly Thursdays.
  • Notion + Circle workspace. Asset library kept for life.

Pricing

Pay in full or 2 instalments. 14-day cooling-off, then pro-rata for unused weeks. Refund full if you can show the methodology didn't apply to a single decision you brought across the six weeks.

FAQ

How much time per week?

90 minutes live + 30 minutes pod + 60 minutes async work = ~3 hours per week. The 1:1 is on top, redeemable any week.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are recorded. Watch the recording before your pod meets that week. Don't miss two in a row.

How is this different from Reforge or Lenny's cohorts?

Smaller (25 vs 100+). Single instructor (me, not a curated panel). Specifically built around live decision work, not breadth. Closer to a pod-based mastermind than a course.

Can my company expense this?

Yes. The £3,500 company rate includes an invoice + an L&D-ready 1-page brief for your manager / People team.

What if I'm not senior enough?

The cohort is calibrated for Director-level and above. If you're still IC or first-time manager, the 1:1 sounding board format fits better. We'll talk on a discovery call.

Is there an alumni community?

Yes. Cohort 1 alumni get lifetime access to a quarterly alumni call + the Notion archive. Cohort 2+ alumni get access to the same.

What if it doesn't work?

Refund full if you can show the methodology didn't apply to a single decision you brought across the six weeks. I'll ask you to show me.
